shipping policy

Please note that the waiting time for purchases made on this Website could take longer than others due to the personal care and customization that goes in to each order.

Purchasing signed original art prints can take up to 1 week before being shipped out to you but we try to ship your order as soon as possible once your order is processed in our system. 

Purchasing signed original framed artwork can take up to 3 weeks before being shipped out to you but we try to ship your order as soon as possible once your order is processed in our system. 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your shipment’s tracking number.

We consider the shipping address entered at checkout on this Website as the correct address for your order’s destination. Lori Nesbitt Art is not responsible for lost items due to incorrect shipping addresses entered.

We take shipping seriously and want your art to arrive properly. Thank you so much for your patience and support.

RETURN policy

DAMAGES

If you receive your order in a damaged condition please leave the package unopened and take photos of the damages as they are before opening. Include the photos in an email to lori.nes.art@gmail.com immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and correct your order. Keep the original packaging materials your order arrived in for the investigation process. 

RETURNS

If you would like to request a return, you have up to 30 days after your order is delivered to you to email lori.nes.art@gmail.com and start the process. Your request will be reviewed and we will reach out to you if the request is approved or not approved. If approved, your order must be returned to us in the same condition in which you received it. Items shipped back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please take note that returns DO NOT include shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the return’s shipping cost. Refunds for returns will be issued to the customer once the artwork is received back to Lori Nesbitt Art in a sellable condition. 

CANCELATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS

Please contact lori.nes.art@gmail.com immediately or within 24 hours of your purchase online if you would like to cancel or make any changes to your order. The following changes can only be made to your order if it has not been shipped yet. No cancelations or modifications once orders have been shipped.
